In this talk we present a hardware-based framework for real-time power and performance management in AI data center chips. The solution continuously monitors margin to timing failure on millions of real logic paths during mission-mode operation. This telemetry enables workload-aware adaptive voltage scaling, allowing voltage guardbands to be reclaimed dynamically while preserving performance requirements. We will also highlight the real-time protection layer which detects critically low timing margin and enables rapid corrective action, reducing reliance on conservative worst-case operating margins.
